A week full of 1st's

It has been a while, apologies. We all have had a rough week. Made it down to Houston last weekend to introduce little miss Evelyn to the McBride family. She was adorable of course and I am pretty sure everyone loved her. (How could you not?!?) She did great traveling in the car, however little did James or I know what would be in store for us when we got back to Dallas. Miss cutie patootie decided that sleeping during the hours of 0200-0600 would no longer be necessary. It has been rough. We did make a stop to the pediatrician just to make sure that everything was ok. Apparently Evelyn does not like change, well most infants her age do not. Yesterday/last night was the 1st 24 hours that she was back to her 'normal' schedule, fingers crossed for tonight.

Evelyn got to go to her 1st pep rally to cheer on Aunt Ginny! The JJ Pearce mustang onesie was too big but mommy made sure she was dressed super cute anyways.
Slept through the whole thing. Note the cotton gauze over her ears in her headband

Go Pearce Varsity Cheerleaders! (Aunt Ginny is 3rd in from right on the bottom)

Evelyn's future lol! Go Gin-bin

Evelyn also got to meet her Uncle Marcus for the 1st time. We all got together to celebrate Jay's 1st birthday, it is really amazing how fast a year can go by.

Other than the sleep issues, life has been good. Baby girl is 2 months old today, where has the time gone?!?! Stinks b/c I will have to go back to work soon, boo. Although I found out last night that both my sister (Kat) and my brother (Marcus) & his family will both be home the entire week of Thanksgiving. So might not go back to work until 1st week of December, sorry Presby folks. Aight off to finish the Texas game!
